What is Coffee with the CEO?
In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career.
About Ali Trauttmansdorff
Ali joined BMS Group in 2024 and serves on the Group Executive Committee. Prior to joining BMS, she was CHRO of a publicly listed global Wealth and Asset Management firm and previously worked at Rothschild & Co as HR Director, overseeing UK and international teams across its Global Advisory and Merchant Banking businesses. During her time there, she also launched the firm’s DE&I and Wellbeing practices.
Earlier in her career, Ali spent 14 years with Goldman Sachs across Germany and the UK in a variety of HR roles, including Head of Graduate Recruitment for EMEA.
Ali is Chair of City HR and has previously served on the main Council and Remuneration Committee of Aston University, as well as the International Advisory Board of its Business School.
Outside of work, Ali actively competes for Great Britain in Age-Group Triathlon and Duathlon and is a keen cross-country runner.
