Ethnic Diversity in the Workplace

The Ethnic Diversity in the Workplace Report from Lloyd’s is now out featuring a word from our Co-Chairs, Ajay Mistry and Kishan Mangat.

The report is the culmination of an 18-month exploration into racial and ethnic diversity in the Lloyd’s market. Lloyd’s has produced the report with the support of Inclusion @ Lloyd’s, the market-wide steering group for diversity and inclusion governance and best practice.

As a network created to promote multicultural inclusion within the insurance industry, we felt it was our job to compile a little black book of resources to help drive awareness of racism; to support and facilitate better discussions across our organisations; and to educate ourselves, our members and the wider community on the topic of race.
