As a volunteer-run network, the iCAN Committee are continuously working hard to develop and drive initiatives that raise awareness, connect members across the industry and ultimately, boost multicultural representation in the insurance sector.

Role models

Following on from our partnership with the Chartered Insurance Institute, “Multicultural and International Role Models” highlights some of the individuals who have played a key part in advancing the ethnic minority/international discussion within insurance.

iCANConnect

The first event of its kind, iCANConnect consists of monthly workshops with D&I Network Leads within the industry to discuss key events happening within the sector and more broadly. This event is for D&I Network Leads and iCAN members only.

Coffee with the CEO

Our newest initiative “Coffee with the CEO”, was started in January 2021 in an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector in one hour, small group virtual sessions.

iCANApply

iCANApply helps companies in the insurance sector connect with talent from the iCAN community. Members are given the opportunity to apply themselves to go for new jobs and achieve new career heights through a wide range of available job posts.

INspire.png

INspire program

The insurance industry’s first self-service mentoring platform, developed alongside iWIN and PwC for multicultural and international colleagues across the insurance industry. INspire offers cross-industry access to senior executive mentors.
