iCAN, Miller & IQUW - International Women's Month: Give to Gain

Celebrate International Women's Month 2026 in London with us!

Celebrate International Women’s Month with iCAN, Miller and IQUW in London!

Join senior leaders from across the insurance market for a keynote and panel discussion focused on leadership, influence and visibility in high-performance environments.

Centred on this year’s International Women’s Month theme, Give Support, Gain Strength, this London event explores how sponsorship, advocacy and inclusive leadership actively accelerate progression. Panellists will share real examples of navigating senior careers, challenging barriers, and using influence to create opportunity for others.

The discussion will move beyond theory to examine what effective support looks like in practice, how leaders build visibility and momentum, and why emotional intelligence is critical to decision-making, resilience and long-term impact.

Designed for professionals building or operating at leadership level, this session offers clear, practical insight into how influence is built, how sponsorship changes outcomes, and how leaders can lift others while strengthening their own authority and impact.

Attendees will leave with sharper clarity on inclusive leadership, increased confidence in using their influence, and practical perspectives they can apply immediately within their teams and organisations.
