We are delighted to invite you to the launch of iCAN Leeds, an initiative aimed at promoting diversity and career progression in the North East financial services market, in partnership with Markel!
International Women’s Month: Give to Gain brings together senior leaders from across the insurance sector to explore how leadership grounded in support, advocacy and visibility creates stronger individuals, teams and organisations.
This special launch event marks an important milestone for the iCAN community in Leeds, creating space for meaningful conversation, new connections and shared learning as our regional network continues to grow.
Through keynote reflections and panel discussion, speakers will share personal leadership journeys and explore how giving support through mentoring, sponsorship and championing others strengthens leadership effectiveness and enables people to thrive.

The event will be taking place on Tuesday 17th March 2026 from 5.30pm – 8.30pm at Markel's beautiful office in Leeds!
