What is Coffee with the CEO?
In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career.
About Tina Booth
Tina Booth is Vice President, Specialty at CNA Hardy, where she leads across a diverse portfolio spanning Healthcare, Financial Lines, Technology and Cyber.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Tina has built a career combining deep technical expertise with leadership, relationship building and innovation.
Tina began her career in the Lloyd’s market at Hiscox, progressing into underwriting and developing a strong foundation in Technology and Professional Indemnity risks. She joined CNA Hardy more than two decades ago and has since played a pivotal role in developing its Specialty business.
This has included leading the UK Professional Indemnity portfolio since 2007, establishing Professional Indemnity on the Syndicate in 2016 and expanding into European markets in 2018.
Throughout her career, Tina has helped build high-performing teams and bring new products to market in response to the changing needs of clients and brokers. Her current role focuses on driving underwriting excellence, strategic growth and a strong and resilient Specialty portfolio.
