What is Coffee with the CEO?
In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career.
About Stuart Logue
Stuart Logue is Chief Financial Officer at Asta, a leading third-party managing agent in the Lloyd’s market. He is responsible for the financial leadership of Asta and the underwriting businesses it supports, helping organisations navigate growth, governance and long-term success within one of the world’s most specialised insurance markets.
Throughout his career, Stuart has worked across insurance, financial services and banking, holding senior leadership roles with Flood Re, Ageas, Direct Line Group and Royal Bank of Scotland. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has lived and worked in Edinburgh, London, Milan, Berlin and Madrid, experiences that have helped shape his perspective on leadership, learning and professional growth.
Outside work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children, walking with their annoying West Highland Terrier, watching films and sharing good meals together. Whilst he is passionate about leadership and development, his family remains reassuringly unimpressed by his work.
