iCAN’s ‘Coffee with the CEO’ sessions have proved to be popular with iCAN members and CEOs alike, and thanks to everyone who has joined our four sessions to date! The time has come to announce our next session, and we’re delighted to say that Chris Lay, CEO Marsh UK & Ireland, will be joining us on 29th September at 16.00!

Chris was appointed CEO of Marsh, UK & Ireland, in June 2018, and also serves as the Country Corporate Officer for Marsh & McLennan in the UK. During his more than 30-year career with Marsh,he has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the UK, EMEA, North America, and globally. In addition to CEO roles in the UK & Canada, Chris has held leadership responsibility for Marsh’s Middle East, Eastern Europe, Russian and Nordic regions. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, and a Member of The Executive Council and Vice President of The Insurance Institute of London. Chris also serves on The President’s Committee of The CBI and The Leadership Council of The CityUK.

A quick reminder on Coffee with the CEO: Over the course of 2021, we’ve lined up an all-star cast of CEOs from across the industry who will host one-hour small group virtual sessions with iCAN members. This unique opportunity is available to the brightest, most inquisitive minds, who are happy to engage and interact with the leading lights of our industry.
