Celebrating Collaboration: Inclusion Partner Networks Networking Event

This month, iCAN had the pleasure of co-hosting a networking evening for the Inclusion Partner Networks, a collective of six cross-industry groups driving real change in the insurance sector.

The event, hosted by Carlos Herrera and Ian Dye, brought together representatives from each network for an evening of connection, shared purpose, and collaboration. Held at Ryan Specialty, the gathering offered an opportunity to reflect on recent progress, discuss future plans, and reaffirm the collective commitment to building a more inclusive and representative industry.

The energy in the room was a clear reminder of the power of partnership and the importance of spaces where inclusion leaders can connect, align, and support one another in shaping the future of insurance.

As we continue to collaborate across the networks, we’re excited to be representing the Inclusion Partner Networks at Broker Expo next month, helping to keep inclusion on the agenda, foster meaningful dialogue, and drive forward progress across the market.

A huge thank you once again to Carlos Herrera, Ian Dye, and Ryan Specialty for hosting this important evening. We look forward to more opportunities to unite, collaborate, and amplify the impact of our networks together.
