AXAXL started their employee resource group in Sept 2021 and raised the ethnicity disclosure rate from 28% to 71% within 6 months, starting a chain of events which has now led the company to report their ethnicity pay gap reporting and ensure all employees have a measurable I&D goal for 2022.
