2026 marks 100 years since the first national celebration of Black history, creating an important moment to reflect on progress, recognise the contribution of Black professionals and look ahead to the leadership needed for the next generation.

It is about opening doors, building networks, creating opportunities, championing others and helping shape environments where people can succeed.
This special iCAN Pulse webinar will bring together Black leaders from across the UK and US insurance markets to share their career journeys, the people and communities that have shaped them, and the responsibility leaders have to support those coming behind them.
