We are excited to celebrate to iCAN Role Models USA: Aspiration & Inspiration – How to be a Role Model sponsored by AXA XL!

This event will celebrate the launch of our latest Role Models publication, which features the inspiring stories of 20 successful multicultural and international role models working in the American insurance industry. Through their personal stories, anecdotes and advice, these role models share how their diverse backgrounds and cultural heritage played a vital role in advancing their career goals. The publication also includes details of 60 UK-based iCAN Role Models.

We believe that this publication showcases the richness of diversity we have in the American insurance industry, and shows those who are able to succeed and thrive at work. We know that learning about the Role Models will inspire our members to pursue their career aspirations, regardless of background.

During the event, we will hear from some of the featured role models, as they share their insights and experiences on how they turned ideas into action and were able to drive their own careers, including the challenges they faced. The Panel will be followed by a networking session, where you can connect with other like-minded individuals and industry professionals.
