Join iCAN & Kennedys for practical advice, honest conversations and peer learning for ERG leaders navigating impact, burnout and change.
Hosted by iCAN in partnership with Kennedys, this event has been designed for ERG leads, co-chairs, members, executive sponsors and DEI professionals who want to have honest conversations about what it actually takes to lead an employee network today.
ERG leadership can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Many leaders are balancing volunteer responsibilities alongside full-time roles, navigating changing organisational priorities, supporting members through difficult global events and working to demonstrate meaningful impact with limited time and resources.
This event is not about what ERGs are. It's about how to lead them well.
About the Session
This practical evening will bring together ERG leaders, DEI practitioners and executive sponsors for an honest conversation about the realities of ERG leadership today.
Through a candid panel, facilitated breakout discussions and networking opportunities, attendees will explore the challenges many networks are facing and share practical strategies that can be applied within their own organisations.
The session has been designed to create space for the conversations that don't always happen publicly, from burnout and sponsorship to navigating difficult news cycles and demonstrating impact.
