Join iCAN Connect for a practical webinar designed to help individuals, teams and organisations write stand out award submissions!
Have you ever submitted an award entry and thought, “I hope we’ve done enough to stand out?”
Or perhaps you’ve missed out on a shortlist and been left wondering what judges were really looking for.
Every year, brilliant individuals, teams, employee networks and organisations fail to gain the recognition they deserve – not because their work isn’t good enough, but because their impact isn’t communicated effectively.
Join DEI, HR, Talent, Communications, Marketing and Network Leaders from across the insurance sector for a practical session on how to write stronger award submissions, showcase impact with confidence, and maximise your chances of success.
What is iCAN Connect?
Launched in July 2020, iCAN Connect was created as a safe and collaborative space for D&I network leaders, Heads of DEI, HR and Talent across the insurance industry.
The forum enables open discussion on key inclusion challenges, sharing best practice, and learning from real organisational experiences. The group now includes nearly 300 members from across the market.
We believe that honest dialogue and shared learning are essential to building more inclusive businesses and a more equitable insurance sector.
