What is Coffee with the CEO?

In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career.

About Tara Waite

Tara Waite has been CEO of Premium Credit, the UK and Ireland’s leading instalment finance provider, since 2019.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Tara has held leadership roles across global organisations including Wonga Group (Group CEO) and RSA Insurance Group, where she served as CEO and Managing Director for multiple business divisions.

Tara began her career in management consulting at Andersen and has since built a distinguished reputation for driving innovation, transformation, and inclusive leadership across the financial sector.
