Join iCAN for our Coffee with the CEO event in June with Ana Mata, Managing Director and Founder at MatBlas!
Join iCAN (Insurance Cultural Awareness Network) for our Coffee with the CEO session featuring Ana Mata!
What is Coffee with the CEO?
In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career.

More about MatBlas
At MatBlas, they understand that time is the most valuable asset any professional has – it cannot be bought, replaced, or created. Yet highly skilled insurance professionals spend countless hours on repetitive processes, entering the same data across unsynchronised systems, only to find it incomplete or missing entirely.
As a specialist pricing and underwriting management consultancy, MatBlas works with clients to create consistency and efficiency in their underwriting and pricing workflow. Processes that once took five days have been streamlined to a few hours. Data that was never captured becomes available at the press of a button.
Since 2007, MatBlas has chosen to work at the forefront of the market alongside underwriters, managing agents, and brokers rather than at the C-suite level. Their belief is simple: when an efficient workflow is in place at ground level and the right data is captured at the point of underwriting, everything else falls into place.
Please sign up by Monday 12 June 2026, as only a limited number of seats are available.
The session will open with food at 8:30 am, followed by the discussion at 10:00 am. If you’re interested in participating in this session, please click the link below to fill out the form, a limited number of iCAN members will then be selected based on their answers.
