What is Coffee with the CEO?
In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey - essentially everything you need to empower your own career.

About Gina Gill
Gina Gill is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Apollo, where she leads the organisation’s technology, data, and analytics strategy. She was previously the Chief Digital and Information Officer at the Ministry of Justice and has also held senior roles at the Cabinet Office, the Financial Conduct Authority, Barclays Capital, and Lloyds Banking Group.
Gina has over two decades of experience driving digital transformation in complex organisations - always with a people-first, tech-second approach. She’s known for delivering real change through pragmatic leadership, inclusive team culture, and a focus on outcomes that matter. A regular speaker on topics such as ethical AI, diversity in tech, and digital strategy, she’s passionate about building technology that makes life not just faster, but fairer.

The session will open with lunch at 12:30 pm, followed by the discussion at 2:00 pm.

This session is in-person at the Apollo office in London, however, future Coffee with the CEO sessions may also be both virtual and in-person.
