We are pleased to announce that Travelers has joined iCAN as a Bronze Sponsor with immediate effect and extending through to the end of 2023.

Our collaboration with Travelers reinforces our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the workplace and our joint efforts will foster cultural recognition and understanding within the UK insurance industry.

The sponsorship

Travelers’ sponsorship will support a wide range of iCAN’s ongoing and newly launched initiatives for 2023. The initiatives include our INspire self-serving mentoring platform and iCANConnect, a safe space for D&I leaders across the insurance industry, as well as our newly launched iCANApply Jobs Board which aims to give our members more access to opportunities within the insurance industry.

In addition to these three main initiatives, the sponsorship will support the continuation of the iCANVoice Podcast, Coffee with the CEO series, and a range of virtual and in-person events for the 3,500+ members based in the UK and internationally.

Matthew Wilson, President and CEO, Travelers Europe, said:

“I am delighted that Travelers Europe has become a sponsor of iCAN. We are committed to continuing to build an inclusive work environment that attracts candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds and where all employees can thrive and excel. Working with organisations like iCAN contributes to making our business and the insurance industry an attractive and inclusive option for future talent.”
