iCAN are excited to welcome CNA Hardy as a Silver Sponsor for 2024

iCAN is delighted to welcome CNA Hardy as a sponsor for 2024 at our Silver level.

This sponsorship is a testament to CNA Hardy’s commitment to supporting ethnic minorities and international talents as well as contributing to the UK insurance industry becoming more ethnically diverse.

iCAN and CNA HARDY’s partnership will aim at promoting CNA Hardy’s culture, roles, and DEI initiatives in 2024 and we are excited to be working with Janine Heath along with the CNA Hardy team!

The sponsorship

CNA Hardy’s sponsorship will support a wide range of iCAN’s ongoing and newly launched initiatives for 2024. The initiatives include our INspire self-serving mentoring platform and iCANConnect, a safe space for D&I leaders across the insurance industry, as well as our iCAN Apply Jobs Board which aims to give more access for our members to opportunities within the insurance industry.

In addition to these three main initiatives, the sponsorship will support the continuation of the Coffee with the CEO series and a range of virtual and in-person events for the 5,000+ members based in the UK and internationally.

Janine Heath, AVP, Talent Management said:

“CNA Hardy is invested in playing its part in continuing to make the industry more inclusive and equitable, so partnering with ICAN is a natural alignment for us.

“We value the diverse perspectives of our people, customers and partners and recognise that we must continue to assess and improve our own DEI approach, whilst continuing to advocate for change in the wider industry. We know that this will take time, effort and commitment.

“It’s by working together that we will make the greatest progress and we look forward to everything that we will accomplish in partnership with ICAN.”
