Terms and Conditions – iCAN Apply Job Board Platform Survey £50 Amazon Voucher Giveaway

• Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to all active iCAN members.

  2. Employees of iCAN and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  3. Entrants must be working in the UK insurance industry at the time of entry.

• Entry

  1. To enter the giveaway, participants must fully complete the survey and give their name, email address and company name.

  2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

• Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  2. The selection will be conducted within 7 days after the giveaway deadline Friday 1st March 2024 4:59 pm.

  3. The winner will be notified through the contact information provided during entry.

  4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

• Prize

  1. The prizes are five £50 Amazon vouchers (one voucher per winner selected).

  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

  3. iCAN reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value at its discretion.

• Publicity

  1. By entering the giveaway, participants grant iCAN the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

  2. By entering the giveaway, participants will be added to the iCAN member mailing list and will receive emails unless they unsubscribe.

• Privacy

  1. Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

• General Conditions

  1. iCAN reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

  2. iCAN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  3. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
