Explore the World Through Food with iCAN’s Multicultural Cookbook

We are so excited to share something very special with you! This year, iCAN is proud to introduce our very own Multicultural Cookbook, a collection of recipes celebrating the rich and diverse culinary traditions of our community.

We reached out to our sponsors, inviting their teams to share a recipe that holds special meaning to them, and the response was wonderful. More than 30 dishes arrived from teams across the industry, representing over 20 countries and cultures from around the world.

From Jamaican jerk seasoning and Nigerian Gizdodo to Ethiopian Doro Wat, Singaporean pork and chive dumplings, Brazilian cheese bread and a South African Dom Pedro, this Cookbook is packed with variety. Whether you are looking for comforting classics or something completely new to try, there is something for everyone.

But this Cookbook is about more than just recipes. Every dish comes with a story, a memory, or a piece of culture that the contributor has chosen to share. That is what makes it so special.
