The Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (“iCAN”) is pleased to announce its 2019 sponsors which it will partner with to deliver a “year of impact.” Over the course of the year, iCAN will work with sponsors: Lloyd’s Partner Network, Zurich UK, PremFina, and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty to deliver a full programme of events which aim to promote multicultural inclusion and progression, and celebrate the benefits of inclusion and diversity within the insurance sector.
After a successful series of events in 2018 with more than 600 participants, the 2019 programme features a wide range of topics including wellbeing, speed mentoring, panel debates and a wide variety of opportunities to network with multicultural colleagues across the industry. iCAN and its 500+ strong membership aims to drive industry best practice and engagement around all facets of diversity and inclusion. The network encourages brokers and insurers to join them and find out how iCAN can help promote their own diversity and inclusion agenda, add value to CSR activities, help them become a voice in the conversation, and network with like-minded individuals.
